To stop drugs from entering the U.S., task forces have been created, billionaire budgets allocated, and special agencies keep finding new ways to fight the drug surge. But some say we are focusing on the wrong side of the problem. What is true is that 100,000 Americans died last year from a drug overdose. How are we failing?
