A Day in the Life

My debut short film “A Day in the Life” was born in the confines of my bedroom, with a narrative that echoes my daily internal battles with bipolar disorder. The theme of the film goes beyond my struggle, aiming to resonate with people grappling with isolation, anxiety, and depression in our increasingly disconnected world. It also touches on the lockdown during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, incorporating the essence of that challenging time, blending it into a universal tale of coping with everyday struggles.
