The Disease Dealer, an ancient celestial being, casts a spell that rids the earth of cacti and succulents. After years of using their Time Machine to sell cacti from the past for profit, fellow celestial being the Cactus Witch and her partner Derrel form a plan to bring cacti back from the dead.
