A pandemic caused by a highly contagious and deadly virus wiped out a large part of the human population, turning the world into a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Decades later, a few new city-states emerged in major cities, having largely overcome the virus. One such city-state has a government agency known as PPIDD. Pandemic Period Investigation and Documentation Department. Their mission is to investigate the chaos of the pandemic, document the events, and archive the evidence.
