A Certificate of Poverty

The story of the exposure by criminal investigation officers of a gang of criminals who steal and sell Soviet watch parts containing precious metals to foreigners. The plot centers on a duel between two heroes: a young, brave and charming investigator and a cold-blooded bandit villain named Krest.
