We follow five men through aspects of a community dads programme in London. Navigating the murky waters of fatherhood, they know they don't want to be like their dad, but what do they do instead? As each discovers the kind of dad they want to be, we see the power of simply 'being there' for a child and the cost to both father and child when it goes wrong.
