After undergoing the split of Meiosis, meiosisters Orchis and Semes awaken as sperm in the ethereal land of Test, where the annual Testy Festy welcomes them to what seems like heaven. Things take a turn when Seed, a strange sperm donning a condom mask, claims that their paradise is a lie and calls for the start of the Great Jac, a taboo event prophesied to lead either to the Promised Unknown or to death.
