The documentary film explores various facets of the urban planning program in three chapters: 1. New Living – New Building, 2. Housing for the Minimum Subsistence Level, 3. The Frankfurt Kitchen. In addition to the architects and designers involved, kitchen manufacturers as well as numerous first-time residents of the apartments in the May Settlements also share their perspectives as eyewitnesses.
