Le Daron: Free Jessie!

Pauline enlists Daron’s help on a new case: Jessie, a famous singer, has been placed under guardianship by her father and brother. They control every aspect of her life and prevent her from seeing her son, while forcing her to work like a slave, releasing albums, and going on tour after tour. Pauline and Daron manage to free Jessie from the guardianship and do everything they can to help her regain custody of her son. But the situation becomes more complicated when Pauline discovers that Jessie’s father has been murdered. As for Jessie, found in a dazed state at the crime scene, she blames herself for the murder... Meanwhile, Daron’s law firm is undergoing further upheaval: at Pauline’s initiative, the firm has moved. Esther is still determined to get rid of Pauline and has filed a lawsuit to have Jean-Michel’s will invalidated. For his part, Daron is worried about Esther marrying Dong So, whom he finds too uptight.
