100 years ago, there were hundreds of such vessels. Today, only the Kruzenstern and Sedov remain afloat. Both are flying the Russian flag. In 2020, for the first time in history, a sailboat crossed the Northern Sea Route in one navigation. It was the hundred—year-old Sedov, one of the last two large cargo sailboats of the early 20th century.
